

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that any computer software ordered is compatible with the buyers computer hardware/operating systems. Wings 'n Things will not be hold responsible for goods that are damaged in transit and it is up to the buyer to insure goods. Goods will be repaired or replaced (subject to suppliers approval) under warranties that may apply to such items. Items may not be returned to Wings 'n Things for a refund. However, should errors occur and items are offered at incorrect prices, Wings 'n Things will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies paid. Wings 'n Things shall take all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices. Wings 'n Things shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user in such case.
