It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that any computer software ordered is compatible with the buyers computer hardware/operating systems. Wings 'n Things will not be hold responsible for goods that are damaged in transit and it is up to the buyer to insure goods. Goods will be repaired or replaced (subject to suppliers approval) under warranties that may apply to such items. Items may not be returned to Wings 'n Things for a refund. However, should errors occur and items are offered at incorrect prices, Wings 'n Things will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies paid. If the buyer selects to pay via bank deposit, instructions will be given on how to deposit monies into Wings 'n Things bank account and would be subject to the following conditions: Unpaid credit card orders may be cancelled after five business days Note that to protect it’s own and the interest of customers, Wings 'n Things scrutinises all transactions very carefully to prevent fraud and a transaction may be refused if Wings 'n Things is not satisfied with it’s legitimacy. Goods will be shipped only once payment has been made and cleared. Once a final quote is accepted by the client an invoice will be e-mailed with an online credit card payment link. When an order is submitted to Wings n Things we will check stock availability, pricing and shipping costs and communicate with the client. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every effort will be made to inform the buyer.
